I originated in Leicestershire and on taking early retirement in the early 2000's, I began to paint as a professional artist, doing something that I love and have longed to do throughout my adult life.

I use all sorts of media to create my statement paintings, and generally use natural forms as my inspiration, since nature and the environment have always been central to my creativity.​I exhibit regularly,

All my work is for sale and is usually full of colour and light with the occasional monochrome thrown in. I enjoy line drawing as well as painting , mark making, and using pattern and texture.
